Virtual High Holidays

Due to the difficulties connected with Coronavirus, it has become necessary to envision this year’s High Holiday services differently. Usually, we are excited to embrace each other in a full room, singing and praying together, wishing each other a Happy New Year. Keeping all our members safe and healthy, though, has become a bigger priority.
Temple Beth Torah leaders have been working hard to make sure that TBT members and our broader Jewish community can still have a meaningful worship experience this year.
Rabbi Dan Gordon and Cantor Vadim Tunitsky will lead virtual services for Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur. The services will be pre-recorded and streamed at the appropriate times. To maintain security, participants will have sign up ahead of time to receive links to the service. The signup process will be quite simple…easier than finding a parking space or a seat!

Suggested donation for those not yet members of TBT: Individuals: $200 Families: $400.

Donations received for High Holiday services can be applied to future dues if you decide to join the temple.

NOBODY IS TURNED AWAY FOR FINANCIAL REASONS—Please make the gift that works for you.

Virtual Shabbat! – Every Friday Night

Dear Friends –
We can stay connected on Shabbat while remaining safe. Thanks to the magic of technology, Temple Beth Torah will host a short Shabbat gathering beginning at 7 PM each Friday evening. It will be easier than you think…but a learning experience for all of us. You can access with a computer, tablet or cell phone.

Please check your TBT Weekly News email to find the “Join the Zoom Meeting” link, with this you will be connected to the TBT service. Rabbi Dan Gordon is the host. If you have a camera on your device, we’ll be able to see you, too, and you’re free to turn on or off the video. You will be able to have your microphone muted to eliminate distracting noises that may be in your home, and un-mute when you wish to sing along or say something. Again, this is new to all of us, so come enjoy a way to gather and be together this Shabbat. If you need help or to request the Zoom login information please email

If missed it or would like to watch our live Shabbat again, you can find them on Youtube on Rabbi Dan’s channel. Recording of our live Zoom on Friday evenings.
